Vouchers
Gift vouchers will be sent first class on the same day if
you order before 1pm Monday to Friday. Otherwise vouchers
will be sent first class the next working day. Special Delivery
(guaranteed next day delivery) and Recorded delivery are
an additional charge.
The Post Office advises recommended last posting dates for
Christmas, please check with your Post Office before ordering.
Booking
an activity date You can
book a date by calling our office on 028
3885 2545. Gift vouchers are normally issued
without an activity date - so the recipient can book a time
at his/her convenience. Vouchers are valid for six months
unless otherwise specified, so they need to be redeemed
before their expiry date.

confirmation All activity
booking confirmation letters will be sent by second class
post. We are unable to guarantee safe delivery and accept
no liability for items lost in the post. If you wish to
guarantee delivery, please ask for special delivery at time
of booking available at an additional charge.
